WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

14 DAYS COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Although we are confident about the quality and design of our products, it might happen that a product does not meet your expectations. We therefore offer a 14 days cooling-off period after receipt of your order. Within this 14 days period, you have the right to cancel the sales agreement an return the product. 

If you want to cancel the sales agreement and return the product within the 14 days cooling-off period, please follow the instructions below. Of course we would like to know why you do not like our product, because that will help us improve our products in the future. However, you are not obliged to provide us any reason. 

After receipt of the returned product, Sitecom will refund your payment.

SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. Before you decide to return your product, you can always contact us with questions. Maybe we can work it out together and still exceed your expectations. If not, you can easily return your product. Do this in the following manner within 14 days of receipt:

  1. Indicate on the return form that you received with your order with a return code why you want to return the product.
  2. Cut out the return label at the top right of the form and stick it on a sturdy packaging (box).
  3. Place the return form and the product (in the original packaging, including all accessories) in the packaging and deliver it to a PostNL point.
  4. When we have received the product, we will transfer the purchase amount to you as soon as possible.

Can I return a Sitecom product?
If a Sitecom product does not meet your expectations, you can return your product within 14 days (cooling-off period) after receipt of the product. You can email your return request to customerservice@sitecom.com

What do I have to return?
Return your product in its original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging, including all materials and accessories. Handle the product as you would do in the store.

Can I return a product more than 14 days after receipt?
You can only return a Sitecom product within 14 days after receipt of the product. It is not possible to return a product (nor request a return) more than 14 days after receipt of the product. If you are experiencing (technical) problems with a product after the cooling-off period , we refer you to our warranty section.

Will I be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the product?
Sitecom gives you the possibility in the Netherlands to return the product via a free reply number. You can bring your return package to a PostNL point. 

How should I pack and send my return product?
Return the undamaged product in the original packaging including all materials and accessories. Use sturdy packaging to protect the return shipment and prevent any damage. You are responsible for the product until we have received it. If the product arrives in damaged condition, incomplete condition, or does not arrive at all, we cannot refund your payment.

When can I expect my refund payment?
When we have received and processed your return in good condition, we will refund you within 5 working days. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your bank account depends on the payment method.
