Warranty Policy



Sitecom products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards and deliver high-quality performance, ease of use and reliability. If you experience any problems during the installation or usage of your Sitecom product, please check the product user manual or our website support section first. In addition, you can contact our support team Customerservice@sitecom.com 

All Sitecom products sold by Sitecom or authorized Sitecom dealers, are covered by a 2 years warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials and / or workmanship occurs within this 2 years warranty period, Sitecom will make arrangements to repair or replace your product. Replacement will be offered at Sitecom’s discretion. Warranty will continue from the date of original purchase.

Sitecom warranty only applies when the product has been handled properly for its intended use in accordance with the safety and operating instructions. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, incidental loss or use beyond the safety and product instructions. Sitecom shall not be liable for damages beyond replacing the defective product. Sitecom is not responsible for loss of data, regardless of the cause. Do not open the Sitecom product yourself. This will make the warranty void and there are no serviceable parts inside.

If Sitecom accepts your warranty claim, you will have to send the defective product to Sitecom at your own expense. Sitecom will then send you a replacement product free of charge within Europe.

Submit a warranty claim

We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with your product. We welcome your warranty claim so we can process your request. Please send your warranty claim to customerservice@sitecom.com and include the following details:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email address
  • Product / Model number
  • Date of purchase
  • A brief description of the problem you are experiencing

  • Alternatively you can fill in and email the Warranty Request Form.


    How can I return my Sitecom product?
    If your Sitecom product is defective we advise you to complete the warranty claim E-mail. You will receive a response to your claim within 2 working days.

    Which accessories do I have to return?
    Return the Sitecom product and if applicable the power adapter / USB adapter. Parts such as packaging, manuals and installation CDs do not have to be returned.

    Will I be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the defect product?
    Sitecom will not reimburse the cost of shipping for returning a defective product. However, we do send the replacement product free of charge if you are resident in Europe. If you live outside of Europe, you will be charged for the shipping costs. The way in which the warranty claim will be handled will be discussed in consultation with a Sitecom employee.

    When can I expect the replacement product?
    Processing of a warranty claim takes 2 working days at most. After receipt of the defective product, we will send you a replacement product within 3 working days. You will receive a notification when the replacement product is dispatched.

    Is it possible to get a refund?
    No, we do not refund the purchase price.

    Does the warranty period begin anew if my product is replaced?
    No, the original product's warranty period continues after replacement. For this reason, you should retain the proof of purchase. Without the proof of purchase we may refuse to consider any potential future claim.
